Graduated of The University of St. Thomas with a BA in Chemistry in 1984, and did her doctorate studies at Northwestern Chiropractic College and graduated in 1988. She is also an associate clinic faculty of NWCC, which means she trains interns from the college.
She is a member of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association and she also conducts seminars in the community about numerous health problems. Dr. Ruhland lives in Apple Valley with her husband Paul Ganske. They have three; children PJ Ganske (1991), Rachel Ganske (1994), and Kali Ganske (1998). Her hobbies include tennis, golf and scuba diving.
Dr. Makenzie Steenerson, DC is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University where she received her BS in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic. Growing up with both parents being Chiropractors, she has a lot of passion for the profession. She runs her own clinic in the Northwest suburbs while working part-time for LFHC.
Dr. Steenerson currently resides in Bloomington, MN with her fiancé, Cory, and two cats, Brandi and Tiva. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, supporting local music, camping, board games, crafts, and thrift shopping/antiquing.
Dr. Brian Betts was born and raised in rural Northeast Nebraska. Dr. Betts attended Dana College in Blair, NE, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and General Science along with a Minor in Chemistry in 1988. After earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1992 at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN, Dr. Betts ran his own clinic in South Minneapolis for 11 years. He was later an independent contractor for clinics in Eagan, Lakeville and Edina, and an associate in Bloomington. Dr. Betts earned his certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, awarded in May of 2012.
Dr. Betts and his wife, Allison, are proud parents of daughter, Devyn, and son, Colin, and have a family/hunting dog, Osborne Devaney (or Ozzie/Oz, named after legendary Nebraska football coaches, Dr. Tom Osborne and Bob Devaney). He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hunting and golfing when time permits, and playing and co-managing a '35 and older' baseball team for the Apple Valley A's.
